No you don't. All Striive plans have access to all features. The only difference between plans is the number of active clients you can have.
The exact amount of time saved varies from trainer to trainer based on the type of work you do and the number of clients you have.
For a personal trainer or coach with 15-20 clients, we commonly see a saving of around 1-2 hours each day. This is time that would have been spent responding to client questions about their session schedule, organising future sessions and sharing those session plans with clients, writing and sending invoices, and checking for payments into their bank.
