With open rates of up to 98%, SMS is still the most effective way to deliver an important message to someone (short of calling them). Enabling SMS notifications for your Striive account gives you the option to send reminders and schedule notifications directly to the phones of your clients.

Absolutely not. When you upgrade to a paid plan there is one simple monthly payment. This will not change unless you switch plans in the future.

Your Striive account includes a client roster. These are clients who have access to your services and can make purchases. The number of clients in your roster determines your plan.
At any time you can move clients without any current activity into your archive. Archived clients are not counted towards your plan limit.
When enabling SMS notifications you will purchase a pack of 250 SMS credits. Whenever your account falls below 25 credits it will top up automatically with another 250 credits.
When you subscribe to a paid plan your card will be charged on that day, or on the day you free trial ends (whichever is later). You will then be charged on the same date every month you remain on a paid plan. If you cancel, no more payments will be taken.
It's very easy. You have the option to cancel your plan at any time. We haven't hidden the cancel button somewhere sneaky, and we won't make you send a letter in the post. Just go to the subscriptions screen in your account settings and press cancel. It's that simple.
If you do decide to click on that button, no more payments will be taken and on your next billing date you will lose access to your account. We'll also be very sad :(
When you sign up for a Striive account you will have 14 days to give all our features a try. There are no limitations and no features will be unavailable. If you choose not to select a paid plan, your trial will end and access to your account will end.
We offer in-app chat and email support to all our users. During working hours we typically respond to chat messages within a few minutes.
We also offer setup calls to new users with one of our experts. On these calls we can answer any questions you have and help you configure anything you are uncertain about. You'll be invited to arrange your private call shortly after you sign up.
Your clients will never be asked to pay us any money. The only person they will ever pay is you based on the services you configure and sell within your Striive account.
Striive can be used in almost every country in the world. We support organisations and clients in any time zone and you can sell packages based in any country using the local currency.
Our online payment systems are powered by Stripe. They operate in over 40 countries. You can find the up-to-date list here.
If a client is no longer participating in your services you can archive them. Archived clients are moved out of your roster and will not be counted towards your plan.
