With open rates of up to 98%, SMS is still the most effective way to deliver an important message to someone (short of calling them). Enabling SMS notifications for your Striive account gives you the option to send reminders and schedule notifications directly to the phones of your clients.
Striive delivers SMS worldwide, however costs do vary in different countries. The table below shows the prices of a 250 message credit pack in some of our more popular locations.

When you sign up for a Striive account you will have 14 days to give all our features a try. There are no limitations and no features are unavailable during the trial. If you choose not to select a paid plan, your trial will end and access to your account will cease.
When you subscribe to a paid plan your card will be charged on that day, or on the day you free trial ends (whichever is later). You will then be charged on the same date every month you remain on a paid plan. If you cancel no more payments will be taken.
You have the option to cancel your plan at any time. If you do, no more payments will be taken and on your next billing date you will lose access to your account.
Your Striive account includes a client roster. These are clients who have access to your services and can make purchases. The number of clients in your roster determines your plan.
If a client is no longer participating in your services you can archive them. Archived clients are moved out of your roster and are not used to determine your plan.
Absolutely not. When you upgrade to a paid plan there is one simple monthly payment. This will not change unless you switch plans in the future.
Your clients will never be asked to pay us any money. The only person they will ever pay is you based on the services you configure and sell within your Striive account.
When enabling SMS notifications you will purchase a pack of 250 SMS credits. Whenever your account falls below 25 credits it will top up automatically with another 250 credits.
We offer in-app chat, email and telephone support to all our users. During working hours we typically respond to chat messages within a few minutes.
