What's available in the free trial?
When you sign up for a Striive account you will have 30 days to give all of our features a try. There are no limitations and no features are unavailable during the trial.
How do plan payments work?
When you subscribe to a paid plan your card will be charged on that day, and again every month you remain on a paid plan. If you cancel no more payments will be taken.
How easy is it to cancel?
You have the option to cancel your plan at any time. If you do, no more payments will be taken and on your next billing date you will lose access to account functionality.
Are there any hidden costs?
Absolutely not. When you upgrade to a paid plan there is one simple monthly payment. This will not change unless you change your plan again in the future.
What support is available?
We offer in-app chat, email and telephone support to all our users. During working hours we typically respond to chat within a few minutes.
How do SMS credits work?
When enabling SMS notifications you purchase a pack of 250 SMS credits. When your account falls below 25 credits it will top up with another 250 credits automatically.
