No you don't. All Striive plans have access to all features. The only difference between plans is the number of active clients you can have.
Session packs are a bit like miniature contracts between you and your clients. You specify a total amount of time that will be contained within the pack, the client(s) who will be participating, and the price they will pay. Once a pack is created, sessions can be scheduled until all the pack time has been used up. Similarly the client can make payments until the pack has been paid for.
Each packs time and payments are tracked for you, making it simple to run multiple packs without making any mistakes. And because your clients can also see the details of their own packs in your client area or app, everyone knows what's going on.
The exact amount of time saved varies from trainer to trainer based on the type of work you do and the number of clients you have.
For a personal trainer or coach with 15-20 clients, we commonly see a saving of around 1-2 hours each day. This is time that would have been spent responding to client questions about their session schedule, organising future sessions and sharing those session plans with clients, writing and sending invoices, and checking for payments into their bank. But aside from the day-to-day there are also longer term time savings, such as having all the information ready at the end of the year to submit your tax return.
For trainers with a bigger client base, such as a bootcamp or yoga studio, it is less about the time being saved as it is the necessity of having a system.
